At Lolshirts.co.za, we partner with "The Courier Guy" for fast and reliable shipping within South Africa. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using their standard door-to-door service, which typically takes 3-7 working days for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot change orders once they are shipped. Any additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy :

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.

1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 Working Daus. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer support team. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request, subject to availability.
